Healing Tool of Meditation

In the depth of my grieving, I had a profound need for inner peace.

 

This search led me to meditation. My grieving family members

and I enrolled in a guided group meditation by Linda Fallucca. It

was the path I needed to help restore my emotional calm and inner peace.

 

As a result of Linda’s classes and CD’s, I have explored various techniques

and types of meditation. It has aided me in all aspects of my life. I

continue to practice to relieve stress, create healing thoughts,

achieve mental clarity, and maintain inner peace.
